I was expecting a butcher shop, what I got was a wholesale shop specializing in cooking gear. From surplus spices to cooking tools, you can find your kitchen needs, especially if you’re feeding an army. However, if you’re looking for more flashy spices keep looking; I couldn’t even find chipotle. There were a few freezers housing frozen goods, but not anything that interested me. Customer service could use a good refresher course but unfortunately nothing out of the ordinary for Perth.
