Europe Shutter Blinds

My roller shutter blinds have jammed open again so last week I called up Europe Shutter Blinds to ask for a repairman to come out to fix them. Europe Shutter Blinds originally installed the roller blinds about 7 years ago.
I waited a week, no reply. So I made another call to Europe Roller Blinds and the repairman called me back an hour later and he will be coming over tomorrow morning. Later than afternoon another repairman called me from Europe Roller Blinds obviously there had been some kind of mix up.
The roller blinds last jammed a few years ago and I had to have the winch and the cable replaced. I really like the blinds they are great for keeping the heat in at night during the winter and keeping the heat out during the day during summer. They go up and down everyday.
Paul, the repairman arrived within half an hour of the time he had mentioned and this time it was only the cable that had worn out and that was quickly replaced.
