ACE Audiology is a privately owned Australian business specialising in hearing assessment and hearing aid fitting for private, Office of Hearing Services and WorkSafe clientele. We offer FREE hearing screening tests for anyone over the age of 55 or on a pension.
ACE Audiology is accredited to provide free hearing services to Office of Hearing Services new and return voucher holders. We also provide pre-employment checks, compensation hearing assessment, tinnitus advice and paediatric tests for children five and older.
Our Audiologist, Yazdaneh Galt, has had over a decades experience in hearing assessment and hearing aid dispensing. Yazdaneh has a special interest in completely– in– the– canal (CIC) hearing aid fittings so small that no one need know you are wearing them.
Ace Audiology is independent and is free to dispense devices from a broad range of manufacturers inclusive of Bernafon, Phonak, Unitron, Siemens, Starkey, Oticon, Widex and GNReSound amongst others.
History
Established in 2012.
Ace Audiology was established in 2012 when its owner and Audiologist, Dr Yazdaneh Galt recognised there was a market niche for a truly personalised service.
After nearly a decade of working for other leading Australian businesses establishing her own seem the next most logical step in her career. Yazdaneh is particularly interested in cosmetic hearing aid fittings and specialises in completely in the canal when and where these are audiologically appropriate.

Yazdaneh Galt arrived in Australia in the early 90s and in 1999 completed her Bachelor in Psychology from Queensland University of Technology. As a sole parent raising two small children, studying full time and working part time was a challenge but she somehow managed achieving high academic grades in the process.
Stimulated by the opportunities presented by a good education Yazdaneh pressed on to complete her Master in Clinical Audiology from Macquarie University and for the last decade she has worked as an Audiologist focussing on hearing assessment, counselling and hearing aid dispensing.
Recently, she has completed her Doctorate, making her amongst the few Australian Audiologists to have aspired to and obtained the highest professional qualification.
She has received numerous awards over the years inclusive of a «Going the Extra Mile Award», «Excellence in Clinical Audiology» and a much coveted «Outstanding Practitioner of the Year» in 2010.
