Worst service from a Telstra store in a long time. I’ve stepped in at 2:30pm and waited in line for 10 mins before being assigned to a desk and promptly informed that I would be next in line for service. I am now awaiting at 4:02pm to see someone and been told on numerous occasions that I am «definitely next» in line. After having asked a random staff member when I would be served he looked me up only to tell me that there is actually 2 people ahead of myself and the expected wait time is going to be 20 mins. Finally! An answer! But I would like to have been informed at the start of the situation a minimum expected wait time prior to being seated asked if I could come back in 30 mins or told that I wasn’t in front of the queue when I was definitely not. It would have been nice and put my mind and boredom at ease. Eventually, I was served at 4:11pm. Yay!
