MAUS the brand was created in 1990. The company was built and sold. The legal entity is Corprat Pty Ltd, formerly MAUS Consulting Pty Ltd. The company has been trading as MAUS Business Systems since 2006 when the company was re-​acquired. (Note Peter Hickey is the original owner, sold to CCH and then bought back by Peter Hickey)
