Be ready to line up to place an order, but find a seat first. This is the only recommended coffee shop in the mall without screaming children however the next table has one, oh my. The service is slow and the cake came out before the coffees. Oh who heats in a microwave a lovely caramel bun? The bun is spongy and lacks freshness. Look up…14 out of 28 lights aren’t working… I suppose this is to soften the atmosphere .The menus are paper and have food stains all over them… I was a little worried about picking up something due to hygiene principles, maybe the menus are just well used. Seating is good, comfortable padded booth seats and wooden regular chairs. There is a fast turn over of people so people don’t stay long to chat. When the coffees came out one was luke warm… my big hate (someone didn’t heat the cups). Oh well… I think I might give them another try another day… maybe they were just run off their feet a fortnight after New Year.
