Absolute price gouging rip-​merchants! Got 4 quotes in total for broken bottom panel of glass sliding door including installation. 3 were between $ 190 – 220. O’Brien’s…$ 450 exactly same glass and dimentions. I rang to give this feed back to let them know thinking maybe they may have a rogue operator but was informed «We are a much larger business than the tiny glass guys who just have a van. We have massive overheads as a result of providing 1800 numbers and a 24 hour phone service therefore our prices will reflect this.»
