Great coffee shop, nice staff and most importantly good coffee. I tried the lamb pie they had which wasn’t very good. I came here several times during the weekend I was in town.

Are you used to Starbucks because you don’t want to take chances when it comes down to coffee? Well, this placed has an Arabian name for a reason. Their beans are brilliantly picked to serve you real coffee. Not watery nor milky jokes. I’m an old fashioned when it comes to food. So, I don’t take preheat pastry in a microwave seriously. And I find this place agrees with me. They served well toasted sandwiches with crispy edges for the pleasure of satisfaction and the best thing is the pie is not extremely hot you don’t know wither to rustle or eat. I recommend this place if you don’t want to be let down and start your day disappointed

I would usually refrain from writing a review about a franchise or a large chain but I believe this particular business deserves special mention as it sets itself apart from many of the other main stream coffee places in Brisbane. Generally franchises have to follow particular guidelines and meet certain standards to keep consistent with the company as a whole but this primarily encompasses polices and procedures, stock and the everyday running of the business. Zarraffas in the Myer Centre it seems have all that down pat, and now focus their energy on their unrelenting dedication to customer service, building and maintaining a welcoming and friendly community and providing consistently fantastic coffee. The franchisees and long-time staff are always friendly and in good spirits. Irrespective of how busy they are the coffee comes out in a flash and is always served with a smile. If you buy coffee you have access to free wifi(just ask them when ordering) and often a comfortable table and chair to perch yourself as they have ample.

Free coffee on your birthday. Cardboard Biodegradeable Cups. Awesome double shot cappacino. What else do I need to say? They have saved me with a nice gentle but subtle caffeine hit many times when I was working. They gave me a nice free one for my birthday and I have a card that awards me free coffees every now and then if i’m feeling lucky and I use it. The coffee is really nice. It’s never got that bitter overburnt taste(yeah you know what i’m talking about you Unilocalers you) and it’s never so hot it burns your entire mouth rendering the rest of the drink both painful and tasteless. Sucks, especially if you ordered a grande. My all time favourite to order with friends, the caramelised mocha(drool). Prices are very good, and they are super friendly.
