Organising is what Adele thrives on, from organising a party on a private island in the south pacific to organising your pantry, Adele can make it happen.
Even as a little girl, Adele’s idea of a play date with a friend was to rearrange her bedroom!
Her lifelong passion for planning, problem solving and being the go-to-girl for all her previous employers, was the inspiration for Blair Lifestyle Management which opened in August 2006.
Through her experience working in the corporate world, coupled with her parents’ business experience, Adele developed the business acumen which led her to become a Finalist in the Telstra Business Women Awards, Business Owner category in 2011. Adele is a Certified Concierge Specialist (CCS) an Accredited Expert Professional Organiser and an Accredited Member of the National Concierge Association of the USA.
In May 2011, Adele co-founded the Institute of Concierge and Lifestyle Managers (iCALM). This organisation was created to support the growing needs of
