Now usually I’m a Starbucks person but I thought I’d branch out and sample other coffee houses. Must admit I were impressed! The caramel latte I had was delish — subtle flavour, distinct coffee aroma and wonderful service to boot. One minor gripe(and it is minor but this great country is a haven for coffee so the stakes are high) the price… hmmm yeah I know coffee is marked up like 200% however I was charged 90c for caramel flavour which is 40c more than Starbucks, so yeah bit disappointed All in all though, friendly, great location and yeah all you need for a pleasant time out :)

The location and place is a great and divine place to have chit chats with your friends. And people dining in this restaurant is not very noisy, therefore some of us might want to study and touch up on assignments. The drinks and food were overpriced and not that extraordinary. The customer service was not great with the prices on that menu. Or is it because it’s late night on weekend and all waiters just wanted to go home. Oh well.

Coffee Club is one of my favorite place for breakfast! I really like their All day breakfast menu. Their meal quality is great. Every time My boyfriend and I go for traveling around Queensland, we prefer to go to coffee club for breakfast/brunch because we know how is the meal and we always satisfy with it. Their lunch and dining menu is also great! Basically I can choose many different thing in this coffee shop even when I go with big group, coffee club satisfy all of us cos it offers wide range of food. It has delicious cakes for dessert too :) In this particular, it is not table service. So you have to order in the cashier and they will give you a table number then they serve the meal to you. Some of other coffee club is table service, for example the one in Albert Street. my favorite: Scramble eggs with tomato and toast Steak sandwich Gourmet chicken avocado sandwich Red velvet cake I like to go to Coffee club in Brisbane Square basically because of the outside seating area. And you can see southbank on the other corner and treasury casino in front of you.

Well, it’s a Coffee Club. The food is average and overpriced, but like all chains, you know what you’re going to get, and unlike many of the restaurants on Racecourse Road when I visited, they were open. The staff were more interested in having a chat behind the counter than serving customers, but the food came out reasonably quick, and it was tasty. I ordered the steak sandwich, which would have cost half as much and been a lot nicer from my local takeaway, but hey, this was convenient. I also noticed that a steak costs as much as it would in a pub, except you then pay extra for chips, and sauce, and salad, meaning you could easily be paying upwards of $ 50 for what would be $ 20 – 30 in a pub. Unlike many coffee clubs, they do have table service, which is nice.
