I wanted to like this place, it describes itself as a «trendy» which should have been the first warning. The staff were nice and the drinks were great but way overpriced. Whoever is working behind the scenes on their menu though really needs to sit back and actually taste what they are feeding people. «Riata» or any cooling sauce intended to cleanse the palate after overly spiced foods, is not and never should be a condiment that is served with sweet potato fries. That combination was actually so gross you put me off actually eating anything further tonight. It was like orange juice and toothpaste. Thank you for personally offending my tastebuds to their core.

We stumbled upon Statler & Waldorf after an afternoon at the cinema, trying to find a place to eat on Valentine’s Day, despite not having a booking. We were happy that they had a table! Overall, service was very attentive, and the menu was adventurous and well priced! It really is a «gastronomy pub»! Great décor too! Highly recommended!

Tears of joy had to be controlled when I read that bacon can be added to ANY meal for 3 bucks. The selection on the menu was amaze balls. Bar keep was very friendly as well as all the staff. We bonded over our love of craft beer and I was given a great recommendation based on my previous loves. Great pricing too, you definitely get hearty portion and great quality for what you pay for.

Ate here with a group of 8. Really liked the atmosphere. Ordered the pie of the day which was rabbit. It was a good size and I can honestly say it was the best rabbit pie I’d ever had! The burgers looked great as well. Drinks wise they had a nice selection of cocktails covering a wide range of tastes. Beers on tap were craft and delicious !! Cider wise only one on tap and it ran out. The only other cider was a tasteless organic thing in a bottle. Ordering both food and drinks was over the bar unless u want one bill. Food came quickly but the table wasn’t cleared for a long time, but this wasn’t an issue. I can defiantly recommend trying this place, whether for a meal or just a drink.

Really like it here, great atmosphere, good beers and the bar food is tasty(have not tried the regular menu). They also have a ping ping table out back. Staff are always friendly

Statler & Waldorf is absolutely my new favourite joint! I’m crazy about great service and this place has it all. Fab craft beers, delicious food and most of all, friendly & helpful service! I wanted to try a new beer but was somewhat confused at these new names. I was gonna play it safe with my Stone & Wood when the bartender offered a taste of one of their beers. He helped me with some yummy snacks which were just divine! Deep fried blue cheese stuffed olives with this amazing fig paste! I was in heaven! I’m coming back here for sure!

I came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday with a large group of people last Saturday and decided we would all be most comfortable in the Beer Garden area in the back. Although I didn’t order a meal(just nibbles and cocktails) I observed lots of other people partaking, and they all looked quite delicious(especially the schnitzel, which I made a mental note of). The onion rings and fries were satisfying, but the cocktails probably outshone everything else; you could tell they were artfully and lovingly crafted by two gentlemen who enjoy their trade. They don’t claim to do innovating mixes, and shoot for the classics instead, making homemade bitters and macerated fruit garnishes. The cherry in my Manhattan was aged for three years in a barrel of whiskey and I was told to watch out for a fist fight if I didn’t eat it. Fair enough!
