Mrs Fields Cookies

One word that makes 98% of the population happy: COOKIES!
And two words that make me super happy: COOKIE CAKE!
I’ve been a fan of Mrs Fields cookies since I was a wee whippersnapper in Hong Kong, and I’m glad to have found Mrs Fields in Australia. That said, I’m a little disappointed as the cookies don’t quite as good as I remember.
Don’t get me wrong. The cookies are still pretty tasty, but the range is not as expansive as other branches (no caramel chunk cookies here). They still have the old classics such as Chocolate Chip and Double Chocolate Fudge.
The cookies are yummy treats; however, sometimes they don’t always taste freshly-​baked.
The counter staff are friendly enough, but definitely not overly helpful. Check out the free tasters that are sometimes out on the counter.
However, for those special occasions, definitely try the Cookie Cakes! They’re just over-​sized cookies with icing, but as they’re custom made to order, they always taste great.
Definitely a place to check out if you need a sweet fix. Just hope that you get a day when the cookies are freshly baked.
