Les cooks family meals are made from only the best ingredients. We locally source Queensland meat and Australian grown vegetables. All Les Cooks meals are gently sous vide cooked in the pack, this process not only locks in the flavours and nutrients, but ensures your food is safe and fresh.​

The majority of our meals contain a minimum of 50% meat, and 3 – 4 serves of Vegetables with our specially designed VegeBoost formula. The larger pack size also ensures you are getting great value.

Les Cooks gives you a two week shelf life in the fridge, so your meals are on call for when you want a night off cooking! Once the meals get close to the useby date, just place them in the freezer and enjoy a further 3 months shelf life! For more information please visit our website.

History

Established in 2013.

Les Cooks is an offshoot of Sunshine Foods Co Pty Ltd, a family owned business located in Salisbury Queensland, manufacturing good quality products for a number of Australian and International Household brands.

The Les Cook’s brand name came about by Les’ refusal to bring his children up on junk food. Les would pick up his starving daughter, a budding Gymnast, after 4 hours of solid training. As is the Queensland way, a lift club was formed and a number of young Gymnasts were given lifts to and from training.

​In order to stop the clammer of junk food drive through on the way home, Les started making delicious, nutritious single serve heat and eat meals for his daughter, which he would warm up just prior to picking her up.
