Brisbane’s Speech Pathology centre for autism and early intervention for over 15 years. Bronwyn Sutton Speech Pathology works exclusively with children with autism and communication disorders. We offer therapy in your home or your child’s early childhood centre or school. Therapy for children who are non-​verbal, late talkers, children with social communication and social skills problems as well as speech and language therapy.

Bronwyn Sutton Speech Pathology is widely known in Brisbane as providing the highest standard of excellence in autism therapy. We do not offer pre-​packaged programs. Instead, we provide Speech Therapy services based on the strengths and needs of the individual child. Children with autism deserve the best. They deserve to work with therapists who are experienced and up to date with the latest therapy techniques.

History

Established in 2000.

Bronwyn Sutton trained as a Speech Pathologist in the mid 80’s and opened her private practice in Brisbane in 2000. This established practice now focuses on therapy for children with ASD, social skills and social communication difficulties and language delays. Bronwyn Sutton is determined to maintain a high quality practice which utilises up to date, research based therapy practices.

Business Owner

Bronwyn Sutton is a Speech Language Pathologist and Educator with 30 years’ experience. She has expertise in working with children with autism and language impairments. Bronwyn Sutton has postgraduate qualifications in Education and has a Masters of Special Education in Autism and Intellectual Disabilities.

Bronwyn is enrolled in the Doctor of Education program at Griffith University. Bronwyn is researching the use of iPads to support children’s social interactions with peers. Bronwyn’s reputation as a professional is highly regarded and her expertise in autism is widely sought.

She conducts professional development courses for Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and teachers on topics such as autism, social skills and visual supports. Bronwyn understands the challenge of engaging students with diverse learning needs to access curriculum content and develop social and communication skills. Bronwyn is the author of The Learning App Guide to Autism and Education.
