Absolutely terrible service. I booked in for an appointment which I was 5 minutes early to on a Saturday morning only to be stood up by my instructor. After 45 minutes of waiting I sent him a text message asking where he was. He called to say he was delayed and if I had called earlier, he could’ve told me that he was running late. Seriously? Not even the bloody courtesy to call ME and tell me he was running late?
Not even a freaking apology. Called and left a message with the many company line, haven’t even heard from them either. Guess I’m just another person they can brush off and not give a damn about. Freaking waste of my time when I could’ve actually found a driving school that could HELP me.
