Established in 2001.

Accelerated Excellence was formed in 2001 by Josephine Thomson, one of very few internationally certified Master Certified Coaches (MCC ICF). Josephine is living proof that change can be significant and inspirational. Her journey from the analytical work of the corporate world, and surviving a life threatening illness TWICE, to the creative and intuitive world of personal and professional growth, has brought her a valuable portfolio of experience. By continually creating, experiencing and observing change over her 25 years of professional life, Josephine has embraced a high level of learning, self-​discovery and wisdom in the face of change and adversity. Her clarity, empathy and optimism will empower you to create change that is both sustainable and enjoyable. Through collaboration, Josephine joins with a like-​spirited change professionals to add depth and breadth to the services of Accelerated Excellence.

Business Owner

Josephine Thomson is an internationally certified master coach and is well sought after on the global speaking circuit. As MD of Accelerated Excellence, Josie has trained hundreds of coaches in the Asia Pacific region, and has coached thousands of people around the globe.

Josie is passionate about unleashing the full force of people’s potential, particularly aligning actions and words with truth, integrity and results. Josie coaches leaders to achieve sustainable change and breakthrough personal and business outcomes. She is also committed to the development of coaches and the coaching industry as a profession.

Josie has completed post graduate studies in the Neuroscience of Leadership through Middlesex University, and facilitates the Neuroleadership Institute local interest group in Brisbane. She is also a former VP of the International Coach Federation.
