Bob’s been fully licensed & working full time in the pest industry for 26 years:

so you can see he’s experienced. Bob & Lesley saw a niche in the industry for a completely honest, caring, professional pest control business.

Our business motto «We spend more time… resulting in a thorough quality job» is what we adhere too. We treat your house as if it is our own

honesty — we will not sell/​do jobs that disregard your circumstances, just to make our bank account look healthy. This is especially important when termites are found & we DO NOT use the customers vulnerability to sell them the most expensive treatment to treat the munching machines.

There is lots of different ways to treat termites & they all don’t break the bank balance ! We do not perform any termite work in the rain (except pre-​purchase inspections — short contract given), prefer not to do the general pest control when it is raining– because we don’t rip people off & so you are getting your «monies worth».

I assist my husband by 1/​taking all phone calls so he can give our customer & their house/​business his full attention that it deserves 2/​I’ve read all the pest text books, thus answering the public’s questions. Ringing Bob if uncertain & then calling you back 3/​Composed all the written advice/​handy tip/​procedure sheets for our customers so they are fully aware of what the job entails & helping you PREVENT pests where possible. this is not difficult because Bob does a very thorough job at whatever he tackles 4/​Send out reminders not annually because our work last longer & so most of our customers do not need annual pest treatments (termite inspections in many cases (high risk areas) do require to be annual) 5/​Your time is precious too, so I book all the jobs to suit the availability of the customer & so Bob turns up on time. 6/​I ring customer if Bob held up, or rain is predicted usually cancelling job. Only 1 in office be patient
