After being made to wait for over 10 minutes when the cashier was on various calls and the other was arguing with another group of customers. An elderly lady pushed in and was noticed to do so and was served. the next 5 – 7 minutes holding a bulky item was spent listening to the cashier —(dark hair with glasses — lady) talking about her nails to the elderly lady and pulling faces at the other customers having the argument. Considering i was not bargaining anything and was simply wanting to make a purchase and that my family have spent well in excess of $ 50,000 there in the last 3 years, i would have expected a better level of service. Cashier is not a difficult job and taking money from customers is fairly straight forward. The sales people are very good there but the team is being let down by the lack of support from the front end. Not impressed.

After a horrible experience and having to walk out from DFO moorabbin we were fortunate enough to be served by Peter at the Brighton store, he was helpful, courteous and we ended up making several large purchases from him. Although the other store left me with a bad taste in my mouth Peter restored my faith in the company and I will absolutely see him again! Thanks a million Peter!
