This is one of the cleanest and quiet 24⁄7 gym in this part of town. The gym is pretty much equipped with all the necessary machines. Dumbbells come in pairs and goes up to 40 kg. Loaded EZ bars also goes up to 40 kg. On the downside, the gym does not have a power rack or empty free barbells, which I would like, as I incorporate powerlifting(squats, deadlifts and bench presses) in my training. I would also like to do some Olympic weightlifting(snatches, cleans and jerks), but this is not possible. The closest alternative for the powerlifts were to attempt them on the Smiths, but I reckon that engages less core as the Smiths provide lots of stability. As for the O-lifts, I do them with dumbbells. However, this is not my primary gym due to the lack of free barbells. But all in all, this is a good gym for beginner up to intermediate individuals. The biggest plus point is the 24⁄7 access. Last but not least, the gym is clean, while the gym staff and fellow members are all helpful and friendly. Gym staff and more advanced gym go-ers, like myself, are always there to help you spot or offer you advice. A very good and conducive, non-intimidating environment to train in.
