Established in 1957.

Colbrow Healthcare is Melbourne’s first nursing agency. Established by Mrs Collins-​Brown, Colbrow is a third generation family owned business. Our proud family history carries through into everything we do, specifically how we care for our clients and our staff.

Colbrow Healthcare has five divisions:

Colbrow Nurses & Critical Solutions supplies general and specialist nursing staff to all major metropolitan public and private hospitals to cover shortfalls at short notice.

Colbrow Homecare provides in-​home nursing and personal care services to those recuperating from surgery or wishing to stay in their homes as they age.

Access Immune provides fluvax to industry to decrease employee illness during the flu season.

First Aid @ Events & Training provides first aid services, kits and training to sporting, community and corporations Australia wide.

Meet the Business Owner

Christina W.

Business Owner

Christina joined the Colbrow Healthcare team as the General Manager in August 2007, taking over the role of General Manager after her mother Rose, stepped down from the position of Managing Director. Christina is the third generation of women in her family to run the business and was appointed CEO in August 2011.

Christina graduated from Arts/​Law at Monash University in 2003 and started her articles at Legal Financial Services before joining McCarthy Hoey Lawyers in 2004 where she practised in Family Law, Relationship Law, Wills & Estate Planning, Immigration Law and Contract Law.

Christina’s background ensures that Colbrow Healthcare maintains the highest standards in adhering to all relevant Workplace Relations Law, Occupational Health and Safety Laws and recruitment screening practices.
