Beautiful store with great merchandising, enticing campaigns and beautiful bags and small accessories like umbrellas, travel tags, sunglasses and jewellery but terrible customer service on my visit I was the only customer in the store the lady behind the counter looked right at me and put her head down without a hello or even a smile. With the hefty and ridiculous price tags and luxury standards you would think customer service was an essential part, very disappointing. However if money isn’t a issue and you are looking for a new leather bag do visit Oroton they have a splendid selection of bags in all different sizes and styles, suited to every ones taste and need.
