Unreliable and unprofessional service. Doesn’t show up for appointments or is late pretty often. Which is really not a huge deal to us, the being late I mean, it’s just the poor communication that is hard to deal with. Doesn’t return texts and when they do it’s extremely late at night, which is quite rude. We’re talking like 11:00 at night sometimes, if he answers at all. Also, brings his own puppy to appointments off lead & can’t control him so he constantly runs in your house & chews things up & causes chaos. Just an all around poor experience. To be fair, the groomer is a nice enough person and seems good with dogs, just very unprofessional. Finally hired other mobile groomer that all our neighbors use instead, and it was like night and day as far as professionalism and a job well done. Wish I had tried the other company sooner. Hired Lush puppies at first because they were on Unilocal with a 5 star review, but later realised there was only one 5 star review total & it was written by the Lush Puppies owner himself. Go figure.
