Took advantage of a group discount site to encourage the use of my Opalescence tooth whitening syringes in the fridge at home. Its hard to stay away from a glass of red for a week sometimes, or some other dark food or drink for that matter… it’s like Detox Tea«bring it on.» Hence a 30 minute tooth whitening session at Smile Bar at Bondi Junction was too good to resist, and despite booking online two weeks in advance, I was told to come back in 30 minutes when I actually arrived on time for my appointment not too long ago. I then came back in half an hour, and was then told to come back in an hours time. They took down my phone number to advise when my seat will be available, yet no phone call. Luckily I came back half an hour later. Killing time in a shopping centre when you can’t eat(you have already brushed, flossed, washed and moussed your teeth for the she bang), albeit for a whole hour with the flu and no more shopping to do is suicidal. Terrible customer service. Despite a prior appointment turning up late, it is still not fair. The treatment itself wasn’t too bad. I was excited when my teeth were pearly white(well I was told my teeth are white already, yet they will still get whiter), yet my mouth has been washed inside and out, and all internal stains removed. Sadly, a bit of yellowing has come back two days later, although hardly noticeable, yet results are promised for two years. They will sell you a tooth whitening pen for $ 69, and so far that is gold. No need to feel guilty for sipping or eating the dark stuff. Just remember to use the pen before going to sleep. You will then wake up with pearly whites all over again.
