It’s starting to happen in Hobart. That suburban murmur… things are happening outside the centre of town, and those things are Good.
One of those things is Local Pizza. Ask anyone with their finger on the pizza pulse this year and Local is where it’s at. Amazing pizzas with loltastic names are yours for the picking. No half-​halfs, no mess no fuss. Not overloaded with toppings but just the perfect amount. Bases still floppy when freshly served. Rock salt and olive oil on every table. An exception beer and wine selection you can have with your dine in OR take away. Yes, you can reserve a table, or call ahead with your takeaway order.
Berriedale, you demon! You’ve done it! Thankfully I work out this way at least a couple of days a week and it’s a very easy excuse to grab some Local before heading home. Bless. I’m working my way through the menu and so far the Cheesus Christ and the White Guy are at the top of my list, but I’m only seven pizzas down so who knows what I’m missing so far? Time will tell. I’m only sad the Mac & Cheese was a special and not a regular.
