What started as Planet Extreme Sportswear has evolved quite a bit over the years. Now know as PLANETT which has come to be known as a leading provider of BMX, MTB and Streetwear.

Founded in 1999 as a sportswear brand and still being operated by the same family, PLANETT has developed and launched a range of race apparel specifically designed for the BMX and MTB industry.
In 2013, Jason Ham of Planett founded Mudx with Derryn Simmons with the intention of growing a MTB, MX & BMX brand to rival the well known brands. With the rapid growth of Mudx and the desire of each business partner to focus, invest and develop into different sports, it was agreed in 2015 that Mudx would split and Planett would take over the BMX & MTB apparel.
