Established in 2004.

CustomTec is a pioneer in providing enterprise IT management and support to the small/​medium business sector. Our proactive approach uses an advanced IT management platform and skilled engineers to provide support to organisations from sole traders to corporations.

In 2004 Damian Higgins established CustomTec. After 15 years IT experience working for Transfield and IT integrators Damian’s vision was for a integrator that rested upon these key objectives; Providing enterprise solutions to small/​medium business; customising those solutions to meet those needs (not the other way around).

Since those beginnings CustomTec has grown to support organisations across Australian, New Zealand and South East Asia.
