Wilhelmina’s Liquid and Larder is a vibrant Balmain restaurant and bar where quality food, drink and service is held paramount. The food is designed to share and made up of the best seasonal produce we can find from as close to home as possible.

95% of our dinner menu is gluten free.

By visiting the markets each week, touching, smelling and tasting the produce, we not only ensure a constantly changing menu, but a nourishing and inspired one where the star ingredient shines on the plate.

Wilhelmina’s is open Tuesday to Sunday evening and serving brunch from 8 am on weekends.

Try our Sunday Roast, where we portion up a different animal each week ‘top to tail’, roasted and served with a variety of sides. Orders are taken from 4 pm, get in quick for your favourite cut of meat.

History

Established in 2014.

Open in September 2014, Wilhelmina’s Liquid + Larder has been a unique offering in the Balmain precinct specialising accommodating large groups by offering shared dishes, large wine list, seasonal cocktails, monthly chef’s table regulars and wine tastings.

Same operators at established Sydney venues Grandma’s Bar (CBD) and The Wild Rover (Surry Hills).
