Whilst on holiday we found this rather nice thai restaurant. The décor was great and in keeping with the menu on offer. The food was beautiful. Well cooked and presented. This resturant proves that regional areas can present food tobrival the big cities. I know when I am back this way I will be dropping in and sampling more of their wonderful food. The place was busy and popular. So i suggest if you like modern thai food you give this place a go.

Thai Fusion was the first restaurant I went to upon touching down in Australia(wait, make that second to Macca’s), and it was a great introduction to Ballarat. The coconut prawn and Keang Karee were both delicious, and the fried shrimp wasn’t too bad. However, the prices were pretty expensive.(It’s true that Americas are astounded by Australian prices, but I think even the locals would agree with me on this one.)

Free corkage! This place has good meals, and although they’re definitely not the cheapest around, the large servings generally make up for it. Booking is recommended on Sat nights.
