Came here for lunch today with the family. Food was really great and he service was friendly. Had he Caesar salad which was excellent. The Thai beef wrap was good — but a little hot for dad’s taste! Great spot.

The Lake View Hotel occupies one of Ballarat’s prime locations for watching the sun set over the lake.
Unfortunately, the pub’s interior is badly in need of some work– much of the dodgy 90s decorations are showing their age.
Dirty beer lines make their tap beers sour, and their wine and bottled beer lists are pretty uninteresting.
Lucky they’re in a good spot.
