Good: Gave me a really clear explanation of what procedures he was doing and the best brushing technique for my particular problem. He told me when his actions were going to hurt a bit, although he was far less vicious than other dentists I’ve been to (in Sydney).
Bad: He said he was going to take a couple of X-​rays, but seemed to imply that it was a standard process included in the consultation and cleaning fee (a total of $ 168). In fact, the business charged me an extra $ 80. This wasn’t made anywhere near clear enough.
