History

Established in 1983.

Ray White Alderley established its office in 1983 with a goal to build

a successful company based on integrity, honesty and personal

service. Jan and Chris Cowan took over as principals in 1997 and

have continued these ideals, as well as a firm belief in the importance

of long-​term relationships with the communities in the inner Northern

suburbs. Our team members have won numerous awards in sales,

marketing and property management over the last 29 years, and we

pride ourselves on making each customer feel important.

Andrew has taken the helm of the family Business as the Sales Manager. A Successful salesperson in his own right part of the Ray White elite group of Agents.
