History

Established in 2015.

Primo Gusto Café is the 5^th café we have owned & operated over the last 25yrs.

The previous 4 were in both Darwin & Brisbane. Within that time we also operated a Barrista Training Facility.

Our last café «Orea Café» in Adelaide St, Brisbane CBD operated for 5yrs until we sold it in September 2013. Orea Café was well known in the CBD attracting many top reviews.

Meet the Business Owner

Irene M.

Business Owner

Irene was born on the Island of Rhodes in Greece and keeps a strong connection with Rhodes. Her entire family still live on Rhodes.

Irene always tries to add a Greek twist to everything she does.

Irene has 25yrs experience owning, operating & managing busy cafes. The busiest having 4 coffee machines & 4 barristas operating simultaenously.

Irene has also opperated a Barrista school, teaching students the art of making good coffee.

In 2012 Irene won 2^nd place (should have been 1^st) in a Qld wide Barrista competition run by DiBella Coffee.
