Always a great feed and always great to be surrounded by the black, white and teal. Love coming here

Okay, unless you are an avid AFL fan, and Port Adelaide supporter at that, there is probably no reason why you would want to come here. As for me, I like my AFL and realising that I had never actually been here decided one day to drag my friend along to check the place out. The oval is pretty cool, and unlike many of the other professional football fields around, you can actually walk around and even play a game of kick and catch(though don’t try it while there is a game on). The main part of the oval is the club, which includes a bar and a restaurant with all of the state team’s trophies on display(I’m not sure if the major league team has won anything of significance). They also have the Power shop where you can buy season tickets as well as a host of other memorabilia. My friend and I stopped here for a drink before moving on and the prices weren’t all that bad, but we spent most of our time looking at the displays.

Went for dinner tonight. Ordered the Aussie Lamb Burger. Which was a lamb patty with lettuce, whipped feta and beetroot salsa. The whipped feta was basically non existant, was very much like an aioli and not thick at all. The beetroot salsa was a let down. I dont know if it was just chopped pickled beetroot? But it had no flavour at all. The patty was thick and juicy but again, very bland. For 17 dollars, I think it should have been better than that.
