Tonic Juice Bar & Cafe

Tonic is a funky little juice bar in the centre of Albany’s town. They offer a wide range of juices and smoothies, as well as coffees, teas and food. You can takeaway or dine in, and are open all day everyday. They source local produce for what they make, and you can tell. I tried a ‘Dapple’ which was apple, pineapple and fresh mint, it was super refreshing on a hot summers day and really delicious. it is a pretty hectic place and so the service is friendly but brief, and they don’t keep you waiting too long for your order, even during their busier period, which is great. I’d definitely recommend venturing here and tasting one of their concoctions, they’ve even made it easy have one a day to try them all!
