EB Games in Albany is ok. It’s quite average for an EB(I’ve been to a few, I can be quite a geek and do like my 3DS!) there’s a decent range of merchandise(loot as EB refers to it!) and games. The staff are usually quite friendly and helpful but sometimes you need to initiate conversations… As per my tip, Kmart is just opposite so do a price check yourself and then ask them to match it. Take a pic with your phone so you can prove the price if they ask, they don’t usually but it’s good to have it if they do. Alternatively you can show them the catalogue, if the product is in there; grab one from Kmart if you don’t have one :)
