I have been working within the hospitality industry for over 11 years. I specialise in cocktails and have worked in numerous well known establishments throughout Adelaide.

We started in the industry all working in bars and experimenting with and creating cocktails and through many years have organised and catered for hundreds of events. Came across Steve the Bartender at the Burlesque gig at Carclew House. He was very attentive and made some seriously good cocktails. Great service, nothing was too much trouble and was a good sport. Cheers!

Very impressive service not to mention delicious beautifully presented cocktails. Steve and his staff were friendly and never missed a beat at the Unilocal Burlesque Bash. They created a peach flavoured gin cocktail Peaches ‘n’ Gin. I would certainly recommend Steve for any event as he comes along with everything you need including the bar!

I crossed paths with Steve the Bartender at Unilocal Burlesque Bash. Great service provided from Steve and staff on the night.
A couple of drink options, wine or a cocktail served in mason jar glasses, that suited the vintage feel of the burlesque evening.
Service was seamless, glasses collected and washed and ready to go again very quickly, oh and drinks being brought out to us by Steve, on a tray… so cool, helps make a girl feel special.
If you are looking for a Bartending service for a function, Steve and his crew would certainly be the way to go.

Steve the bartender was not only extremely professional but was also super friendly.
I had the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail (or two) at the recent Unilocal Burlesque Bash and found his service to be both efficient and creative. Catering to a room full of ladies would not have been an easy feat but the night went extremely smoothly with everyone enjoying the yummy cocktails that Steve provided.
I will certainly be using Steve’s service when I next have the opportunity and would happily recommend him.

Hosting an engagement party for 90 guests at home turned out to be a lot more difficult than I thought and the last thing I wanted to be doing all day was serving drinks to guests. Having you pour and serve drinks to guests as they arrived and constantly keeping their glasses topped up took a massive weight off my shoulders. Our guests all commented on your professionalism and outstanding service — we couldn’t have asked for anything else. The best bit for us was not having to tidy up our house after the party, thanks for taking out the recycling and leaving our place looking super clean!

Steve The Bartender looked after the food, drink and service for a book launch event we put on in Adelaide last week.
Steve and his fabulous team, were absolutely wonderful.
The canapes they created were beautifully presented, and delicious. Everyone on the night was commenting on the food (particularly on the eclairs).
With very competitive rates, Steve organised all the alcohol and drinks for the evening and there was a wonderful buzz around the bar area.
I could not speak more highly of Steve and his team (Kat and Andrea). I would certainly recommend them to bartend, cater and staff any event. They are professional, charming, and are great value.
