Didn’t look anything like the pictures on the Internet, décor tired and dated Food was poor quality and wasn’t presented well at all Steak very gristly Garlic bread was just a toasted cheesy Pepper sauce simply had peppercorns in it and lacked any flavor Service perfunctory No hand towels or dryer… Is No star an option?

There’s something in the water of the Light Square fountain and I don’t think it’s been lab tested. I don’t like Light Square, it’s dark, there are drunken hussies everywhere and why is the grass always wet? In the day time it’s the same. I believe the park benches are often used for sleeping and possibly drunken sex, nevertheless, I won’t be sitting on them, Savvy’s is close by, it’s a scummy affair. If you’re going to brave it, stick to the paths… it’s a minefield kids.

I’m a big fan of the statue and fountain in the middle of light square, and have been known to dive in on various occasions on the way home from a drunken evening. Unfortunately the doggy paddle adventures were cut short after patrolling security drove laps around the square. Another observation I made, was you don’t necessarily have to cross water to get to the statue in the centre(there are steps that lead to it at the back). It is always evident to your co workers that you’ve had a big night when you come squelching through the office the next morning with wet shoes.

Light Square has a statue in the middle of it, some grass, a few benches, and that’s about as exciting as it gets. I walk past here nearly every day and it always looks pretty deserted, although you would think that, especially in summer, people just like to sit on a patch of grass and relax. Well, they probably do it elsewhere. There is just something I find odd about this place. Even when the grass is actually green and pretty, it’s the vibe by the surroundings of Light Square that just give it some sort of lonely and abandoned touch. Light Square looks like it doesn’t belong where it is. I think it would be happier elsewhere.
