Masocote is one of those places that morphs according to the time of day. During the day, it is a coffee shop with pastries, plenty of room to socialize and have a coffee — wifi included. In the evening it starts to shift and becomes a bar by night. It’s on one of the main streets of Neuquen. The place is comfortable with lots of wood and a lived-in feel. I visited during the tween time and it worked well enough. A small meeting over dos Café Americanos — perfecto.
