Sintesis es uno de esos lugares para guardar para ocasiones especiales. Porque cada vez que vas es bueno recordarla. Los platos siempre tienen sabor, te los sirven ennla temperatura justa, la atención es impecable y encima tenes opciones en las que podes probar varios platos sin tener que pagar una fortuna. Imperdible: el helado de albahaca

Fuimos el sábado con mi novio. La ambintación del lugar tal vez no sea la que se espera de estos lugares de comida japonesa/​oriental/​fusión. Sin embargo una vez que te traen el primer plato de olvidas de todo!
Comimos el trío clásico y el Ramen. De postre el profiterol de masa de arroz y helado de gengibre. Nos sentamos en la barra… Y fue una experiencia espectacular!
El cocinero se quedó con nosotros charlando, un placer!
El trío constaba de dos ghyozas increíbles, una bolitas de papa y dos brochettes de pollo con una salsa agridulce espectacular. Pedimos un Ramen síntesis y uno vegetariano. Los dos riquísimos y súper abundantes. El postre nos lo recomendó el cocinero. Alucinante!
Lo recomiendo un 100% y no veo la hora de volver.

J’ai découvert ce restaurant un peu par hasard en flânant dans les rues de Bs As. L’ambiance est plutôt tranquille. Le menu est varié présentant la plupart des plats d’un restaurant japonais. Un choix de sushi un peu light. Je né recommande pas pour manger des sushis.
En revanche une grande variété de plats. Il existe un menu du midi tres abordable entrée plat boisson et café ou glacé en rab.
Les plats s’enchaînent vite et sont un régal.
Je recommande donc ce restaurant !

Es una excelente opción, íntimo, relajado. La degustación por pasos es una muy buena opción.
La atención es muy personal y la cocina es exquisita.
Recomiendo Sopa de miso, langostinos apanados y salsa tártara, o el tofu en salsa agridulce.

Simplemente excelente! La atención es espectacular! Sintesis es atendido por su dueño quién es muy amable, cordial y atento. Y la comida es riquísima. Me pedí el ramen vegetariano de tofu, shitake y algas. Obviamente lo recomiendo!

Muy bueno el lugar, la comida es rica pero pierde una estrella por el ambiente.
Fuimos con amigos a almorzar ahi y nos parecio buen precio 105 $ por una entrada, un plato y la bebida, y por 15 $ agregan postre o café. Muy rico el salteado de tofu y los fideos con hongos asiaticos. El resto pidio sushi y estaban muy satisfechos.
El problema fue el calor. Sintesis es chico y tiene un aire acondicionado que no da abasto cuando el salon se llena. Eso sumado al calor abrasador de Bs As no ayudo y termino volviendose un almuerzo algo molesto. Tambien podrian poner un mozo mas en el salon. Cuando fuimos solo habia una chica y aunque siempre super cordial y atenta no daba abasto.
Definitivamente volveria y le daria la oportunidad de que gane la estrella que le falta.

Let me start off by saying, I recommend this place but. with a caveat, that you have to go understanding that Sintesis is NOT going to serve you authentic Japanese food. It’s not a bad thing. When I visited BsAs this time, I knew from previous visits that it is impossible to find real home cooked Japanese food.
I live in a place where I have access to Authentic Japanese food and my husband and I eat Japanese food every week, a ritual almost.
Sintesis is located a block off Liberator. Great location. We took a taxi thus parking was not an issue. We arrived in time for lunch. I ordered the hot tea and my hubby, saborizada de Pomelo. Tea was served in a nice teapot with 2 tea cups. Nice. Service was very good. My hubby speaks Castellano so. ordering was no problem.
I wanted tofu appetizer as hubby ordered the gyoza. I was pleased with my tofu and it’s accompanying sauce. on the sweet side but sesame oil on top was a nice touch. I was surprised to see my hubby’s gyoza served already with the sauce. usually this is served on the side for dipping the gyoza in.
For entrée, I asked for the veggy curry and hubby got the steamed halibut with mushroom sauce. Serving size was good. Both dishes, came with a scoop of rice. It was okay. My veggies were cooked well but I can tell the curry sauce was just a tad too thick.
I guess I am recommending the place for it has very good service (a rarity in Buenos Aires) and a B+ for the effort to avail Porteños with a fusion style Japanese food.
For sushi lovers BsAs is not the place where in one can satisfy one’s craving. After being spoiled with having the real Japanese food sushi, ramen, pickles, desserts, rolls, etc. in BsAs one just goes out and try if this place would come close to the real thing.

Wow, what an great experience. After reading about Síntesis on Tripadvisor we decided to give it a go. We arrived as the first party of the evening, and was met by service minded staff. We took the tapas menu (which covers ca 70% of the menu in bite size portions) and a recommended Pinot Noire red wine from Mendoza. The 8 course meal covered everything from miso soup, sushi, pork dumplings, chicken, tofu and much more. The meal was delightful and the wine complimented it with perfection. A huge plus is that parts of the staff speaks fluently english in a city of almost non english speaking people. If you are looking for excellent Japanese cousin, great wine, nice atmosphere and good service in Recoleta BA, Síntesis is the place to go!

Um inovador restaurante de Tapas Asiáticos! Música ambiente de muito bom gosto e atendimento muito gentil. Peça o Menu Degustação! Serve bem a duas pessoas que não estejam famintas!

Síntesis, es un espacio de cocina contemporánea Asiática que ofrece un gran menú de tapeo, Ramen, sushi y pastelería.
Recomiendo las gyoza, wantan y el exquisito Tonkotsu ramen acompañado de un sake Japonés o un té de Jazmín frío.
Es un ambiente íntimo, tranquilo, bien musicalizado y lo más importante, atendido por sus dueños.
